Payment
We accept payment by credit and debit card, namely Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch and Solo,using Optimal Payments as our processor through their secure payment technology.
We also offer the option to pay using PayPal for those with a PayPal account.
*If you wish to sign up to PayPal it is recommended that you open a new browser window with the address http://www.paypal.co.uk/uk and follow the instructions there.
Hats and Hair also accept payment by cheque or postal order. In this case please make it payable to:

If you pay by Personal cheque please bear in mind that we cannot despatch your goods until the cheque has cleared our bank. This can take up to 7 working days so if you are in a hurry for your order we recommend that you pay securely using a card, PayPal or alternatively a Postal Order.
Hat and Turban Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be sent back within 7 working days of receipt, with the original tag/label attached and in the original packaging, in exactly the same condition as received.
- Please package the items carefully if returning as we cannot accept goods for a refund or exchange that have been damaged during return to us.
- For hygiene reasons all headwear must be free from hairs, odours, stains and must not be wrinkled or stretched out from wearing.
- If an item has been laundered we cannot accept a return.
- We will offer a full credit for the item, not including postage/shipping, but please bear in mind that for quality purposes all items will be fully inspected upon return before a credit is issued. This ensures that every customer receives a perfectly clean, unused item with every order they place.
- Any item that does not meet the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.
- Please do not send back items that you have had for more than 7 days or items that you have worn.
- We recommend that you remove your make-up before trying items on.
- As long as the above guidelines are followed we offer a full refund or exchange.
- We want you to be delighted with your item(s) but excessive returns are expensive for us so please choose carefully.
Sorry but we do not accept International returns.
Wig Care Products, Eyebrows and Other Accessories
- To ensure the safety of our customers we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on eyebrow adhesive, wig shampoo, wig conditioner, wig lustre and wig hair spray products.
- Please understand that this policy has been implemented to ensure the integrity of these products for our customers.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of wig liners or eyebrows.
Hairpieces

To ensure that all of our customers receive items in new condition we will only accept returned hairpieces that are in clean unworn condition.

The original tags must be attached and the hairpiece must be free of any odours e.g. cigarette/cigar smoke, perfume.

The hairpiece must not have been brushed as this changes the texture of the fibre.

The packaging must be in it's original condition and the box must not be used as the main container for sending the item back in.
